In what timeline is it OK for ADC's to build AP, burst as hard as mages and still put out nasty DPS?
Just hop to any stat site, be it Op.GG, League of graphs or anything in between.
Now look up ADC's that build 
You'll notice a pattern, especially with 
and 
Their core builds look something like this as of now:
in kai'sa's case
and 
in Varus'.
Both of these ADC's have high AP ratios that are now being abused because of the reworked Rageblade giving them % AP increases that allow them to Burst extremely hard and fast while also having the standard ADC dps.
And I'm just sitting here asking WHY this is allowed to exist? Once again Rageblade's causing balance problems by warping the entire game around it, it's honestly getting ridiculous and I think it's about time for Riot to delete this abomination of an item.
It's only causing problems and the only champion that relies on it to actually function, that one being 
, is tier 1 VGU priority anyways.
So, can we actually fix this, it's getting ridiculous.
