Was Mundo OP and I didn't notice?

Don't get me wrong the new availability of GW hurts , , , and too, but it damages the ULTIMATE of . can still pick people with his ult, can in team fights and let his ult heal plus use it for lane sustain and early trading vs ap champs still, brings magic damage amplification to his team w/ his, and still gets bonus stats from his ult.

gets a 40% nerf to his ultimate for 800 gold from the enemy and no compensation buff...... His defining moment/skill is significantly reduced, he wasn't really meta or a particularly strong pick as far as I knew toward the end of season 5, and he isn't getting any changes to compensate for a 40% nerf to his ult. Imagine if any other champ was getting a 40% nerf to their ult and think about how many it would make completely trash tier.
