Please increase Blind duration on Quinn
Okay so they fixed Blind to actually blind the enemy immediately... Now we see the true weakness of this ability. Here, lets do a quick test:
- Walk up to Gromp
- Throw Q at him to blind him
- Watch as the first shot misses you. (nice!)
- Now watch in dismay as the second shot hits you
SERIOUSLY RIOT?!? BLIND BLOCKS A SINGLE GROMP ATTACK?!?
Why can't we get duration increases on Blind as we level it?
Because of Quinn's short range, she relies on her blind to effectively escape or trade with an enemy. Right now the blind is just a joke. Most enemies get hit with it, throw out 1-2 abilities that aren't blocked, and then continue to AA me anyway.
In over a thousand games as Quinn, I've never needed to Blind an opponent twice during a trade or an all-in... Increase the duration of the Blind and also increase it's cooldown as compensation. I want to know that when I Blind someone, they don't just ride it out and tank damage until they can trade with me... I want them to either get wrecked, or run away immediately.
If you get hit by Nid spear, you don't stay to fight it out. If you get hit by Lee Sin Q, you typically don't hang around waiting for him to strike you. If you get hit by Teemo Blind, you run like a madman... but Quinn? People just shrug it off. Sure, it can help her win fights sometimes when the enemy is totally oblivious to being blinded... but against hyper aggressive enemies, they just don't back down.
If I'm getting chased by Jinx or Vayne, I want to know that if I throw a Blind at them, that they most likely will back down because the tables are turned. Not "oh well I'll just use a skill and then immediately start autoing after".
