Riot, at least stop these easy to prevent troll games

Everyone has experienced this: You just lost a ranked game, your team argued the whole time, one guy might have been extremely toxic or feeding, etc..

Then you queue up again for a new ranked game, and are happy to get put right into a new lobby really quickly. Only to immediately lose all hope in Riot when the same exact troll you just had on your losing team is now on your team again... for a second game in a row.

Please Riot. For the love of our sanity... why can't you just prevent the same players who lost a match from playing with each other in the very next game? I can understand at like Challenger level this might be hard to accommodate for, since there's only so many people online available to play matches... but at Silver/Gold elo? You are seriously telling me the game can't find me anyone else to play with?

I'm pretty sure I've lost 100% of the games where I got teamed with the same guy I just lost a game with.
