Great job on not lowering the cost on his one reliable spell in lane, Riot. You cant use E early game at all because his regen is now Riven's level.
Clearly this weak early game champion that cant kill you without flash and has his ult's DOT completely negated by a health potion needed nerfs.

Because Mordekaiser actually has viability issues due to these health costs, among other things (including nerfs from Season 1 and 2).
