When is ekko being nerfed?

Honestly guys, when? Tank ekko, broken as hell, ap ekko even more so. Why is it okay for ap champions to be able to half hit your hp in early game when they have no items and have low levels. Today I fought an ekko, I outplayed him, juked 5 ganks in a row, kill him in cs, out play him and got a kill. He comes back with one item, half hits my hp, ignites me and that was gg. I wasn't once able to come back from that. It's absolutely broken.

It's absolutely frustrating knowing you are the more skilled player, but because he can down your hp in one hit, you can't do anything. Same thing with so many ap champion, especially leblanc. When do we see any justice. Why is it okay for ap champions to half your hp and snowball hard as hell, but ad champions can barely 1/15 their hp with their entire kit, unless your feed hard hard core.

watch this video, by Brofresco. Tell me what leblanc does to him early game is okay. This may not even be the best example of the bull shit. He does well. But if he wasn't ganked constantly he would have been destroyed.
