I could use some help getting better at this game

So since my last post was overly negative and riot didn't like that, I will have another post that is "constructive" and "cheery" enough to not be taken down.

Could I get legitimate advice on how to get better at this game? I have been playing for approximately 10 - 11 months, but I am still really bad. I don't know how to go into detail about it, but what I can say is that I am in bronze 2, undeservedly (I think I deserve bronze 5), just for a frame of reference for skill. I main adc, I have problems teamfighting, prioritizing objectives, coordinating with teammates, trading, minor farming issues, slowish reflexes, and bad decision making. Those may be awfully broad, but that's the best way I can put it. If someone would be so kind as to assist me in any way they can, I would greatly appreciate that.

NOTE I know if anyone read my last post before it was deleted will probably either insult me, report this post or not bother looking. For that last post, I am truly sorry; I was angry and shouldn't have been such a dick. I would actually like some assistance.

Hm... that doesn't appear to be on your list... Oh darn :/

Uhm XD

Csing: Practice by yourself in customs, reaaally helps.

Trading: I dont play adc much but from what I do know is that you usually want to go in for a trade when the enemy goes to CS, and if you learn to attack move you should be able to back off before they have the chance to retaliate.

Teamfighting: This is the hardest part for me when I play adc, but try to stay behind your team, thats why you have range. (I usually end up in the front line and die xDD)

Decision making: Can't help with that, that really comes with practice, but warding definitely helps you analyze your surroundings and in the end helps you decide whether something is safe or if it comes with risks. Map awareness also helps with a bunch of other things on this list.

Prioritizng objectives: If your jungler pings for you to help him at drag, slowly, inconspicuously back off and help him. Also if you manage to ace a team or kill your laners try to take a tower, or atleast land a few hits.

Coordinating: Yeah this is hard due to the lack of voice chat, but pinging and chat can help.

Slow reflexes: Dunno about this... Map awareness will allow you to be aware before stuff happens and allows you to compensate for your slow reflexes (Ex. wards down the river will alert you to ganks) Always look at map.

I think I covered just about everything.

But yeah... map awareness is godly, and I struggle with warding a lot, thats definitely something I need to work on. Always prepare for the worst.
