Dear Riot: Why can't I lock in at 0 seconds anymore???????

It forces a dodge from me every 2 lobby's. Like wtf. Old client you had like 5 seconds after the 0 second mark. New client is so laggy near 0 seconds that you have to lock in seconds BEFORE 0 seconds now.
