Renekton Fails to get 2nd part of E occassionally

Was playing Renekton last night and went to E through enemy creeps to avoid a gank and I did not receive the second charge for my E and went straight to CD. Happened twice in one game and should be looked into. I have been playing Renekton for 3 years now and this is the first time I have encountered this bug.
