Impossible to get a legitimate game in silver

There is a support troll every other game and I can only dodge a few games. 2/3 of the queues are dodged by someone.

1/2 games someone will ask me to trade lane for them and I don't know why I need to do so. Half of them will not take a no for an answer and they will take their mid champion top lane and of course perform very poorly.

Top lane has no tank. Everyone is just trying to pick either Camille or Yasuo when they don't even play them properly. And for some reason they are always left open. I think because when teammate wants to play them then you wouldn't ban them. If you do then they just troll or start flaming.

When the game starts, someone will feed their ass off going 0/5+ in less than 10 minutes and just ruin the game for the rest of the players.
