he can't get through it with the dash.

he can however blink through it with the second part of his E, the blink auto attack.

I've seen tresh cancel ekko E with his E mid blink. soo veigar E should block it too.

Different interaction, thresh's is a displace and will push him back immediately after he appears

there is no such thing as "mid blink"

you can't cancel blinks as they are instant.

you can prevent the dash with Thresh E, or Flay him away the moment he blinks to you, but you can't prevent the Blink as it is instant.

Yasuo can use his E through Veigar's wall tho :(

There are two parts to Ekko's E. A dash, and then a blink.

Using a blink is like casting Flash, you won't pass through the space between the origin and finish point. Thus just like you can Flash out of Veigar's stun, you can blink out of it with other abilities without touching the side and being stunned.
