J4 is a very old champion and so must apply to Riot Champ-up administration, fill out forms 4:20 of charter 9 (Primary champion appeal), form Beta-B - section 6 (cost effectiveness in #LC$bigplayz) and applied coding 101 (spaghetti relations) before being added to the bottom of the list of champions slated for game-play / visual updates.
