He means an Akali with gunblade, then full tank build...practically is a free win.

I've done it I could feel the tilt from the enemy.

Because once she hits 6, she can basically all in you like Diana does. Akali just has more dashes if she lets them build up and it's hard to 1 vs 1 her unless your base damage is way higher and you can build MR.

Because Akali was ever not broken. She's always been broken. Hence why she's either super oppressive or stupid weak. They need to nerf her base healing and make her healing based on scaling mosty. Remove the base values and Akali isn't broken as much. And with spell vamp not existing she actually has a smoother power curve if you nerf the base values.
