A good team comp, (to me) is a group of champions that work well in achieving a certain play style.
(Not just playing Ori + malph to wombo combo)
For example, if you want a team comp that is good for sieging/poking

You can poke enemy champions while they are under tower, and if they try to engage on you, you have Azir (ult) and Janna to disengage, and Jayce gate to run away.
But at the same time, you could lose to comps that have a very strong engage

etc.
There are many things you can do after taking first turret (and your opponent has not).
But basically you want to use that huge lane (that no longer has a turret) to your advantage.
-
You can push hard, and force the enemy jungler to gank you. If you ward well, this helpful because you simply waste the enemy junglers time, and both mid and top lane will not have to worry about being ganked.
-
You can** freeze the lane** near your side of river. So if the enemy bot lane wants to farm, they need to overextend. If you clear their wards, you can get easy ganks.
-
Theres nothing wrong with helping mid, but remember if they are already winning, you might just be causing chaos.
e.g. The enemy bot lane also comes mid, and you fight a 3v3 and lose.
This all depends on champion matchups of course. There is no all-in-one solution.
Bork depends on what champs you are playing, some benefit from the active/passive more than others:

Also consider how tanky the enemy champions are, and how many champs are that tanky.
does 8% of their **current health **as physical dmg. So basically, the lower health they are, the less damage it does. You will do the most damage when they are at 100% - 50% health.
So yes, it is good vs high hp tanks and if there is no way of getting past the front line.
But if their comp has 4 squishes, and a front line you can easily get past, you can just blow them up with
.
Basically, it depends on the situation. But i would say 90% of the time (if you are not playing
) as an ADC your build revolves around
