Huh? I thought we're gonna take so much hp off items to buff tanks hp or resistances. well the latter didn't happen. randuins being absolute expensive garbage makes it impossible for a tank to deal with an adc. not late game but mid game.

I said that 2 MONTHS AGO. nobody gave a shit. what happened to champs that build these items but aren't getting reworked? nothing happened they just lost. 300-400 HP of their builds. and have less efficient items. also banshee veil is gone. it wasn't great but against certain champions it was so good on bruisers.
