If your going to push your lane!

Just something I've noticed from some of the games I've been playing, People who pick strong wave clear champions pushing me to my tower like crazy but when I check the CS scores they are behind me by like 20-50 CS and they haven't gotten a kill on me. So I guess my question is why do you do this to yourself? Is the average league player that bad or do they know some sort of secret strategy I haven't figured out yet?

Push towers, win the game. This is pretty much the new meta.

I sometimes do it just to bait the jungler into ganking me and free up my team.

I sometimes do it when the enemy is some last hitting slower than me

I often do it when I'm ahead and really just really want them everyone to camp my lane
