3 reworks for every new champ is a good cadence
Swain, Irelia, Aatrox and a new champ.
If we push for 5-6 new champs a year and 2-3 solid reworks in-between each of them we'd make some nice progress on bringing everyone up to speed

InTheory1 votesI don't think we will suddenly have more updated and new champions as the years before. Riot stated somewhen in the past year (can't quote that here) that they were gonna flex the tasks of creating new champions and making VGUs across the champion update teams that were static on one sort of project before. If we have more VGUs than the years before, than this will most likely be on the cost of new champions - something I'm completely fine with personally.
