Zeke's Herald was a nice item actually, and it was a good replacement for the unpopular Stark's.

Now with the marksman changes, it's completely obsolete.

Want to bond with an ADC? Too bad because they already have 100% crit due to crit being on every single item (at massive values may I add).

Want to bond with a mage? Again, too bad because there are no mages left. ADC top, ADC mid, ADC jungle, ADC support, I see on average 5 ADC's per game with no less than 2 per team each time. Stark's would be OP as hell with that kind of lineup :D

I wouldn't go so far as to call it completely obsolete. Its just more niche than before.

Its still an option worth considering when your ADC is one that perhaps doesn't build 100% crit every game.

KogMaw Corki Kalista come to mind.

Not to mention picking it up still pushes your adc toward getting that max crit sooner, if situationally, besides.
