Anyway to decrease my chances of being 1st/2nd pick?

Does clicking accept actually effect anything or is it randomly determined? I like to ban (like everyone else), and I hate being 1st pick for obvious reasons especially because Im a Kat main. Probably sounds stupid but I needed to ask.
