Thanks for making an argument based on reason rather than just spitting insults. Much appreciated!

What would you rather have, a new player in your ranked matches that has played for 2-3 months or for 1 week?
Think about that.
I'd rather play with the 2-3 month player, with the level 10 cap new players will hit max level far to soon, way before they've actually learned anything about the game.
OP is suggesting that the system levels up slower but offers larger rewards at each increment to make it feel more substantial and accomplishing to level up.
Get off your high-horse, loosen your helmet, and think for once.
Aww and you were doing so well :< oh well...
People will not like taking forever to raise 1 level at a time like you're suggesting for the new levels.
And with your suggestion, what would even be the point of lowering the level cap if it's the same amount of EXP anyways?
If it takes the same number of games and play, but the rewards at each step are more significant, you offer players a cooler and more engaging level up experience.
For example, in the past a player reaches level 20 and they get access to purchasing tier 3 runes. Whoopee.
Imagine if leveling up instead gave them an IP boost or unlocked additional 'rune' pages that the player could customize, or even gave the player access to try a few champions of choice for free as if they were on free week? Such rewards would be much more fun for players to receive.
