Help me with my Nidalee play.

My situation is getting ridiculous now. To the point that's almost funny, but it's way sadder.

I've always had a GREAT early game with Nid, and of course, right, she's way stronger early game, but it just seems I'm cursed to just have bad mid and late games.

If you need and example, last game I had with her I was just playing to get the 2nd mastery token with her, and I started the game 7/0/0, which is usual, I always wreck early, I love the champ, have a good pathing choices, I think, nice objective control, all good.

This specific game big part of the issue is that the enemy mid laner was Annie which you know, it's ridiculous with 2 1.0 AP ratios and a short cooldown ultimate and Protobelt is a thing now, so she just R>Q and I die. Now, I know that Nidalee mid to late game lives by poking, and we tried, definitely, but sadly enough this is bronze and playing to your composition is very hard to do when ADC's like to split push against Annie, Lee Sin, Kennen and Thresh.

However, I'm not trying to blame my teammates, however, it just seems to happen every game I have with Nid. 7/0, 6/0, 5/0, and then either we win because my team is pretty on the ball with how you have to play around Nidalee and poke, even if I don't get any more kills, or it just goes to hell.

So I don't know what I should do, definitely I think part of the problem is that I just pick Nid whenever I like, not necesarilly if she fits the comp, hoping some early kills help snowball the game mitigating those late game issues Nid tends to have. Also I'm also conscious about this in game. I rememeber that last match someone said something like "man this Nid's carrying" and I thought, dude just wait till thi Annie gets Abyssal's and you'll see how much am I gonna carry you then. I am willing to accept that my mentality with Nid has come to that point.

So I'd like advice. Specifically about mid to late game about what to do to improve my game with her.
