How to Fix The Problem

Introduce some compelling defense runes to combat the compelling offense runes. We gave up old runes for the new system, and now we cannot adequately have a passive defensive rune setup that has much significance when compared to all the new damage in the game that came ironically through the same new runes we depend on for clearly underwhelming defense runes.
