Client froze

I was in queue for ranked and upon the loading screen after champ select, my client froze. I couldn't close it out because it happened to freeze to the point I couldn't minimize, so I opened task manager and restarted the computer. I still can't open league, and I've tried to both exit AND sign out / in numerous times with no effect. All I get is, "Game still in progress." Will I be penalized for this? Is there a fix?

Well I just seen the exclamation point in the client screen saying they're aware about~~ loading~~ match history loading issues. But will I be punished for it? I'm in promos.

Welp, I just lost promos because of that bull shit. Typical type of shit that happens ANYTIME you're in promos. Trolls, feeders, flamers, AFK players, clients freezing, glitches. I hate promos.
