Hes S tier and crazy strong right now. If you're playing against a newer hecarim, just stand in the minion wave and dodge around, guarantee he will E the minions.
His lack of counter play is in the fact that he can simply ult past all your CC before he explodes your squish with E+Triforce+Deadman's+Predator.
Hecarim is broken, but everyone is too distracted by Vayne.
let me guess, a hecarim got fed and then bursted your ADC, as is to be expected, and you're frustrated by that?

Well he is only doing 90% if he does damage meaning he will most likely die right after and also this is most likely a team fight since most split pushers will not take 90% of there hp from him so you can just have someone tank it like a support or a front line.
Ps if your having trouble with hec play a tank with cc like mao or poppy they are easily shut him down in team fights and can do well vs him a 1v1 too or ask someone on your team to play one. Hec also is really weak before triforce so if you can shut him down before that it is hard for him to actually play like he wants.
Remember that counter play is not just dodging a ability it is what you pick into a champion, itemization vs a champion and how you play around a champion.
