Obviously very very very early considering Patch 6.16 hasn't even released yet as i'm posting this. But, after reading what changes they do have lined up on the PBE I'm convinced that Riot just doesn't give a fuck about actual balance to the game. Brand and Riven do NOT need the buffs that they currently have listed on the PBE. Brand (even support Brand) nearly always tops the charts on damage every game that I see him in.....so tell me why you're buffing the AP ratio and base damage on his ult? Nonsense buff. Riven has no issue dealing damage (never has) and giving her a base max damage on her ult of 600 at rank 3 would put her at one of the highest base damage ults in the game.....why? JUST WHY?! so braindead Q mashing monkeys can climb and snowball easier with an even more powerful execute? zzzzzzzzzzzzz. On a positive note to the patch, I agree with the Gragas, Sona, Ashe, and Jhin nerfs (I'm a Gragas main) so kudos on getting those one right.

How stupid are you? This is literally a test realm for something that hasn't come out yet. Patch 6.16 JUST came out and you're bitching about changes that may or may not occur.

As a brand main i can tell you that brand's ult can be very underwhelming and and sometimes not worth casting so i think the buff is good for him

gragas is going to feel cluncky (ap gragas ) it's much harder to combo and i find the R (explosive cask) change is just stupid so if u are ulting to a close distance why the barrel has that 0.55 s daly on air LMAO it's not logic at all . as a gragas main(500 k mastery points) i find the changes are going to touch the solo lane gragas not the picked or banned lcs gragas jungle i mean no one in lcs combo they are just decent tank gragas players and the E nerf c'mon what is this
