Gragas nerfs.

I am a Gragas main let me start off by saying this. I use him a ton in the jungle so I recognize that he is a very powerful jungler that was in need of some trimming (ha he's fat). Hitting the E cooldown is honestly a good/needed nerf considering most people build at least 30% CD on him with Spirit Visage and Iceborn Gauntlet and he gets a 3 second reduction if he collides with a unit. I do not agree, however, with the nerf to his ultimate. How is fine that Annie can flash Tibbers, Insta-stunning everything within the AoE range while dealing HUGE DAMAGE without a minimum cast time? Why is it that Gragas is given a minimum cast time of .55 seconds (over half the duration of his stun) on his ultimate when people are already able to flash/dash out unless that Gragas is using quickcast? Honestly you hit him where he needed (E cooldown) and his W could probably also get hit on the CD given it's up every 2.8 seconds at rank 5 with 30% CD (if you're using the empowered auto right after casting). Hitting his W would lower the time he has the damage reduction up and obviously reduce damage output. The ultimate nerf is going to leave it feeling clunky and awful.

Because flash is actually a very valuable thing to force?

If you're going to compare gragas ult to annie ult, then why aren't you bothered that Gragas basically has a janna ult with damage and a shorter cd right now?

Gragas nerfs justified. Too bad there aren't more for him

Gragas's ult displacement is quite arguably more potent than a stun. You can catch someone out with it, split up the enemy team, or even force them on top of each other (to set up a combo). He also has other cc in his kit, so comparing his ult with Annie's ult+passive seems a bit inappropriate.

Completely agree. Gonna have to do some testing to see if he can still do the Woody Fruity combo for midlane.

Ultimate change is a buff since now you should just wait and let them flash/dash, then ult from max range. More worth, if it burns their flash hahaha :DDD

I hate the E change cause this will force me to renew my way to clear jungle.

You can't compare apples and oranges. Flash tibbers is basically Annie's entire kit, gragas does much more than barrel and can still guarantee a good ult by landing body slam. He's been crowding out the other magic damage jg tanks for a looooong time now. I'm eager as a sej player for her to hopefully not just be a poor man's gragas.

I dunno. I can't imagine how weird it's gonna look to see the barrel he throws point blank to take half a second to get there. But I guess it's not very long though. I was imagining like a slow mo barrel.

I also main gragas this season. But ultimately cool down is noticeably low. Riot wants him an early game champ. So he will be. No complaints. He's had his spotlight... again. But he will still be relevant just not picked all the dang time. So yay us

I mean, he does have mobility that Annie doesn't. He doesn't need to blow his entire kit and get into the middle of the enemy team to look menacing. In pro play (which this patch is targeted for, btw), simply Body Slamming while Flash and ult are up is enough to make people burn their Flash, in worry that he will get that instant combo.
