I hope people saying this realize Riot has different teams specializing in different parts of the game with different time schedules and constant updates. Riot could do a lot of things better, but sacrificing game-wide efficiency for a single solution is not a good investment.

Your argument is that the people saying they should fix the game instead of making new skins don't comprehend that they have different teams, whereas it's actually you that doesn't comprehend those people are asking rito to cut the skins teams in order to put more resources into a better game development team. If you wanna advocate that they should keep different teams because the gameplay isn't worth losing other areas, that's completely fine.
