Tanks fuckign tank, they dont build mage nor ad nor can they function while building anything but tank. Same for support. Same for adc. Mid. you fucking name it. I'm tired of seeing tanks be tanky af while being full mage. and 1 hitting people. Tahm fucking kench is not a fucking mage. If he is a mage, remove his tankyness then fuck that fat fuck. Pyke is a support, well force him into building actual support. Building full assassin and then doing whatever the fuck he wants is bullshit. Yasuo was forced into a nerf because Tank Yasuo was broken. Well so are the rest of the fucking champions building out of class items.

put everything on def and get almost one shot by offensive champ, get killed by yi in 2 sec, class are a joke in this game, why would ppl use tank, they better go attack or magic, only good tank are the one that got skill that increase their damage based on their def, like rammus

Forcing item restrictions would just suffocate creativity, also if you are complaining about ap tahm of all things i think its less a problem with ap tahm and more a problem with you.
