What about Ranked 5's?
If there's one queue we've heard less about than solo queue, it's ranked 5's.
The original plan was for two queues: Dynamic Queue and Ranked 5's.
Riot's knee-jerk reaction to the clamoring for solo queue was "oh crap, we'd better give them what they want!" and they postponed ranked 5's to bring solo queue back SoonTM. Now they're going back on clarifying what they said, and saying things like "in a perfect world we only need one queue."
But what about ranked 5's? Given all that happened, does that mean it will never come back? I think ranked 5's was the apex of the team-centric environment that Riot is aiming for with Dynamic queue, has no queue time or role selection issues, and has complete competitive integrity.
So can we get some word on it?
