I figured this would be a fun thread to talk about the future of draft modes. Since 10 bans is something riot is considering, I'd like to see who everyone would pick as their ban.
For me, just the THOUGHT of never having to play with or against another Yasuo makes me so happy.
What about you guys?
Angry Monster2 votesUnless there are extreme outliers ie: ekko, vlad; I would double down on a class bans. If the enemy team or my team is squeezing mid mage pool, lets really squeeze it. Just like riot said they do not want us to do.
I will like proving riot and the boards wrong about how 10 bans can not fuck over class picks.
CrimsonReaps1 votesI find Blitzcrank or Annie must bans, mainly because yes blitz can be countered and his hook dodged butt if after 30 mins he suddenly lands a surprise hood that can cost you the entire game, and Annie is just because no one likes being one hit every time flash is up :( getting rid of those would certainly improve my mood.

Blitz kinda falls off late game in terms of useablitly. Not saying he cant be used late game, but he does allot better early. Annie is exactly the opposite... Shes terrifying lol.
CrimsonReaps1 votesLol the thing with me and blitz is if he manages a pick once the death timers are reasonable and both teams are even, the fight that follows normally results in a win for blitz because its now a 4v5. my personal thoughts although his damage and tank does fall off quite more than most tanks.

Erockandroll1 votesPersonally, I don't care as much. I usually end up playing support, and I have few match ups that I actually hate.
That in mind, I don't think the 10 bans, are going to completely Shut down a number of annoying picks. Rather, I suspect that Riot may implement the bans in rounds. (Ban 3, pick 3, ban 2 more, pick 2 more.)
The reason I suspect this is, Riot is wanting to avoid, shutting down signature picks, or shutting down specific comps. (granted this would be more problematic in pro play.) I also think it would make the bans more interesting. Since in the second round, the team already knows half of the enemy team comp, and can target the remaining bans at specific roles.
Deep Terror Nami1 votesNot really sure. Assassins that are difficult to peel are a huge problem for Nami, so whatever is popular atm I suppose.
If they did 10 bans I think they'd have to stagger the bans between picks though, so players couldn't ban out the one thing they don't like 100% of the time.

just get rid of all the cheese, make people play standard lanes and bank on working with their team as opposed to "i carry off some other laners insufficiencies and snowball and win game because of it"
