As a Main Jungler This bothers me A LOT

I've had these scenarios before, but it bothers me more than ever.

So Picture this, you are already 8 kills participation, ahead in everything and you should be doing well right?

Nope, their jungle who haven't left the jungle this whole time is now 3 levels ahead of you. Because Logic.

I don't understand why it's even required to gank if you fall behind 2-3 levels while consistently following your routes. It makes no sense.
