That Azir buff seems kind of like a joke. 5 damage buff starting at lv9 but unchanged lategame? The 25 ap loss on Rylai's far outweighs this.

Like he already got nerfed harder this patch than buffed, so you're literally saying here, instead of dropping down to 40% WR we'll keep you at 41.4%

I swear you're trying to handicap Azir more than he already was.

This is all coming from someone who mains Kassadin, one of Azir's hardest counters. I wouldn't mind facing an Azir that makes me scared or actually think instead of just facerolling my keyboard cause I know Azir can't outdmg me.

The slow/HP is the biggest hit to Azir.
