Stronger penalties for ranked AFK’s/Quitting

Not going into all my games but it’s getting worse and worse. People get stomped in lane and just leave. The penalties for leaving are just laughable. Absolutely no recourse. Leave Buster is garbage and needs to be reworked for ranked games.
