I've been building vlad in every way i can think of to get the damage i see other people get and i jst don't get it. This is coming from someone who remebers will of the ancients and rylais being core on him... I actually like vlad alot but i dont understand how i should be building him. I usually go ryali's > viel or zhonyas > morello or void > etc. I run electrocute for runes.

Jamaree1 votesDon't go Dom, I personally prefer building him MS AP and using high amounts of movement speed to skirt around the battlefield, at CDR, abusing low cooldowns and go into Sorcery tree for MS.

Modify all this depending on your choice and situation (I like ghost more than flash when I play him usually).
