When Veigar use E: It rise a pillar pretty much like trundle that knockup the enemy. Then the Pillar start splitting itself to becomes the original E which puts the barrier and slow by 50% movement speed anyone walking through it.

and then it split back to E and becomes a slow like thresh ultimate.

They are slowed just after and a good veigar and EW ultra fast which will differentiate the good one from the average one.

- You said nothing about how it slows them after they land. You only mentioned a slow if they walk through the wall.
- Did you just say it takes skill to hit two buttons in quick succession?
Maybe we can add some dept to it such as E 1st cast is a knockup, 2cast opens the pillar and enemy inside are slowed, what do you think? that stays for like 2.5sec slow.
Volt Cruelerz2 votesWhy not just have it automatically deploy? For zoning? Veigar can already zone just fine. What you're proposing would be a buff to his laning phase, but a significant nerf I feel to his teamfighting ability since he'll no longer have that AoE stun.
