Champion Mastery SWAG

From patch 5.11:

"You all know why." SWAG: The rank 5 Champion Mastery emote is now visible to the enemy team.

Riot has put a lot of effort into generating a less "toxic," more friendly environment for players. (The baseline for a lot of gamers is to be competitive, antagonistic a**holes, but they've still put a lot of effort into taking the game in this direction.) This is a good thing. With that said, I would like to applaud the fact that they're willing to allow us a little extra rub-in from time to time.
