Leaving game

here are my thoughts on why leaving a game shouldn't be encouraged, but also shouldnt be heavily punished unless for repeated in rapid succession

First off, i do not condone leaving a game unless under certain circumstances,1 of which i can think of that is self explanatory is emergency situations. If your dying, mother dying, or some other extreme situation, boo boo leave the game and take care of your stuff.

Secondly: Other circumstances, should be considered. Such as when you completely loose interest after 30 min of a 4v5 and your down to no nexus turrets and your team doesnt know how to hit yes for a surrender vote. Or when you just get completely tired of your team constantly flaming you that your thinking "Know what, i could go play another game rather than deal with this" Just muting people wont help once the damage is done. In these situations, leaving a game is perfectly understandable and should NOT be punishable.

On the OTHER hand. If your just constantly leaving games like 1 after the other after the other with no forseeable reason other than you just wanting to ruin the game for everyone else, then yes. That should be punishable.

Afking cause one person is annoying you, yeah no thats not ok. Afking cause multiple people are flaming you, that should be ok unless its blatant that your just being a troll.
