Is to put all the high elo players on one team. And then all the low elo players on the other team.

No wonder every game is over by the 15 minute mark. Here is an idea mix the teams, and make the game fair. What a concept.

in solo queue the difference isn't that much, blue side has lower mmr players yet still win more often.

however, in flex queue the difference is very large and purple side has a higher win rate.
