Forget Vayne. How do you beat a late game JINX?

This isn't a QQ thread. But really.

Late game, how exactly do you kill a jinx? She has AoE rockets that CRIT :L so she just shreds your team. Once she gets a LW, although she doesn't do true damage, she basically melts anyone regardless of their armor. [Rammus is probably one of the very few she doesn't] And to top it off, she is an anti-all in ADC with her chompers and zap both of which are very useful.

Obviously, catch her out could be an answer. But if a Jinx doesn't mis-position, it truly feels as if she is unable to be killed or sometimes touched.

How do you kill a Jinx?

Get an actual mid, or team that knows how to focus, or itemize to counter her, unless she uses W or Ult jinx is also basic attacks, get a thornmail, same as with Vayne.

difference with vayne is that she has stealth+mobility + passive (yes it stays 0.5 sec if you turn which make her mobile) and condemn

i find that the best thing to do when jinx is ahead is to wait for them to initiate.

find a contestable objective that requires more than 2 people to commit to it and make it so that they have to fight you if they want to take it. when they finally do go in, focus on peeling over diving to delay jinx's passive for as long as possible. when their frontline starts to crumble, jinx is a lot more vulnerable due to her lack of mobility. another important thing to note is that you shouldn't overcommit to try to kill her if the opportunity arises because she still has a global execute she can use if you get kited until you're very low.

this obviously means warding around contested areas and choke points to keep your team from getting picked off or caught out.

but yeah, she's a pain in the ass lol

the best option i have is destroy her early. she doesnt comeback as fast as a vayne can, so bullying her off of CS/killing her if she solo farms is hat i would go to. just dont let her leave the early game.

Assassins are extremely good vs immobile mages and adc.. so id hope ur team has one.

The same way you kill any other marksman late game. Usually either by the assassin taking them down or the mage blowing them up.

Sure, if you stand in a space slightly larger than a Karthus Q.

Last Whisper in general is a late-game anti-Armor item that actually allows Marksmen to kill Tanks.

And to top it off, she is an anti-all in ADC with her chompers and zap both of which are very useful.

She doesn't have the mobility to escape a situation in exchange for these tools, though.

How do you kill a Jinx?

Late-game, you're not supposed to think of it on an individual scale. You have an entire team, and you're supposed to work together. It doesn't matter which champion it is, if you are not capable of handling a champion alone, then you shouldn't ever think, "how can I kill this champion?" You should be asking how your team can work together to win the fight.

Maybe you need to wait for someone else to set up the enemy Jinx so you can fight her without retaliation. Maybe you need to hit her with something and then let someone else take her down. Maybe your team needs to swarm them. Whatever it is, teamwork beats all.
