She can parry just about everything. Azir Emperor's Divide? Nah. Cassiopeia Medusa thing? Nah. Caitlyn Ultimate shot? Sworded out of the air. Bard This is worth studying. Riven You fucking wish you could hit me. Nami Just does a Moses and splits that shit in half. Jinx I imagine this as hilarious. Hecarim Can't gank or fight you for shit. Fizz Also worth experimentation.

imo its really awesome.

the outplay potential with her is ridiculous. i actually outduelled a jarvan and an olaf 1v2 in my last game... twice.

parrying ults is probably the most statisfying thing.

this rework hit the nail on the head. she really is the grand duellist. i dont think there is any champion in this game that you cant somehow outplay on her.

your chance of victory or defeat almost entirely rests on how you play out a duel,. more than what items you have in your inventory. one of the first days of her release on the pbe, ive seen a fiora with a longsword outduel a fiora with a pickaxe.

thats really really cool.

I swear that this is the most polarized rework in ever. People think it's either OP, or useless.

I think the bigger question is, Why arn't you baiting out her Parry, and then igniting her? It seems foolish to try and kill her while she's parring.

i think people who find her useless either build her wrong (i swear ive seen bruiser and tank builds), or dont know how animation cancelling with her q and e works.

ive also seen a lot of people misuse riposte as a poke ability basically putting themselves in a vulnerable spot.

and then there are the people who dont understand how she scales with raw ad and cdr, and still build a standart carry build with attack speed items like bork on her instead of trusting in the power of that passive.

Honestly, I think this ability is a bit too powerful. I'd say that few things would be needed to balance it out.

Make it block everything only from the side she's facing. First reason for this is clarity (there is visual clue only in front of her, and at start I was sure that she blocks attacks only from front), the second one is obviously the fact that you can't use it wrong and enemies can't outplay it. Making it 150 (or even 180) angle in front of you would be cool.
The slow should scale with level, for a total of 30/35/40/45/50% rather than 50% flat (which is still huge for an AS slow).
