I mean cut the champ some slack outside of lane he just attempts to split push because he cant do anything else. At least he is good at getting first tower I don't see anything wrong with that.

Nasus is the same. Yet he has distinct counterplay.
Yorick is like Illaoi - the primary strategy against them is "outnumber them 4 to 1". That's not counterplay. There's nothing any individual player can do. No strategy, no skill matchup, no champion pick.
