Soo about the Leblanc Rework

She Will Retain Her Damage, will likely 80% your hp at lv 3 She will have a new passive similar to trickster glass? Her W moving speed will stay the same but her damage will have a delay of 0.25? aswell as the port back? Her Q will travel slower? Her E animation will be fixed? Visual update?

My though:

Sounds a good direction to Leblanc, although I'm worried about her W, How big is the delay? will it be as long as Veigar E Delay? Although a delay between her port back sounds a little be dangerous for her. Especially when champion with point and click CC Like Maokai can just W and get to her.

Just Transform into an Innocent Bard, Lucian will use ghostblade and then the moment he realize it wasn't bard but Leblanc, he know he fucked up.

it is not going to be part of her kit because it is "too complicated" or whatever. I recommend to read the Rioter's comments below the Dev Corner Post

Yeah, the delay is going to be short, and it should just affect high elo players. Additionally, she is going to have a deceptive ability she can use to survive the short delay effectively. As a LeBlanc main, I am excited for that!
