Can we give Nocturne Quinn's new 'blind' on his e?
It fits thematically and game play-wise. Either put it on before the fear, or while feared.
Short and simple for the reds.

Unlucky Number71 votesit works for quin because she can now attack from outside their vision range. it won't work for nocturne because they can still get away and attack him. it forces the enemy to focus him and it doesn't help his sticking power.
