Is Lee Sin still a top tier jungler in this new jungle?

I don't really play jungle but when I have to Lee Sin used to be my go to champion but I don't think hes that good in this new jungle since everything is so tanky. Who are some other strong junglers right now besides Warwick and is Lee Sin still a good jungle choice?

In case you didn't see some of the top threads lying around here, the "lee sin is too strong" circlejerk is strong atm. Anyone who speaks otherwise would be viciously downvoted.
