Sorry but there is no way of making Fizz a balanced champ. His kit either makes him op or up based on what riot wants. He is a champion that can deal so much damage even when destroyed in lane. 2 games in a row my mid lander denied fizz up too 100 cs. Fizz had 40 CS in 20 minutes in and yet he is able to deal insane damage with just a fucking lich bane. He needs a whole rework because his kit doesnt allow him to be fucking balanced.

6.8 seconds is a big window to cc the fish, but stay in bronze k.

Lick bane is debuffed and his e makes more sense

First we need to nerf fiddle some more.
Then seeing how urgot cause some issues with people not know what his abilities do (because lack of play) we are nerfing his damage 25%
lastly we understand the different in CS so we decide to increase gold from champ kills

Riot Team,
There needs to be a serious rework on Fizz because it seems like 60% of his gameplay is untargetable.
I've started playing League toward the end of 2014 and have "fresh eyes" on the game so to speak, and every time I see Fizz I think, with my friends along side me, "Great, he's just going to bounce around and not be targeted all game." It's rather bizarre to have a champion in the game that is barely playing in the same game as the rest.
The rework on Ashe was great and added a great aspect of making her worth something again. Unfortunately, Fizz is almost a joke to see in game.
Thank you for your time reading this and it would be great to see Fizz turned into a real skill-based player instead of a trolly joke.
