Late game her ult cd doesnt really matter a lot, but having almost 1 minute more cooldown on it until level 11 is probably gonna slow down her snowballing a lot.
Not sure if its the right thing to do (Id prefer damage nerfs to E and ult so that she actually has to hit one or two daggers instead of just a few Es, ult and ignite), but it is a nerf imo.

At late game now her ult's cooldown doesn't even exist in fights meaning she can keep her ult going pretty much the entire time raking huge damage numbers up onto multiple people for long periods of time.

Ralanr1 votesProbably because it kinda just feels like a buff late game (which I think is supposed to be her strong period) since it basically allows her to spin for an eternity if her ult keeps killing people that haven't ran out yet.
Or Katarina becomes a tornado that follows people.
Penns1 votesWell of course its a buff at level 16, but I think the nerf to rank 2 and especially rank 1 ult are gonna outweigh that. I could be wrong and she might end up being too strong in teamfights but.. I dont think so.

It definitely does hurt her early. Doesn't mean I'm not worried about her late.
