Let's talk about the jungling update...

So from what I'm reading not only is the gold income from camps less, but the experience has been decreased as well?

I realize the first back you'll make out better but in general, junglers will be shorter on gold...and jungle items are more expensive. Then add the experience for them has been changed as well. 10 less experience per large monster is huge considering the jungler is generally behind levels in lanes as well. Doesn't say anything about the small monsters. Do they no longer give experience? Same amount of experience?

Why are junglers getting hit so hard? I realize they want more fighting over objectives like the new rift Herald and dragon and turrets, etc. But to me it just seems like too much. I haven't played a game yet and will be after work. Just doesn't make sense on why junglers took a hit so hard.

From what I read. The camps gold increased, to compensate for the loss of gold on the items. The exp nerf is likely to prevent the level 2 cheese that people hated so much. But by putting the xp on the Jungle item, their is still a net +5 exp increase when you have a starting Jungle item.

And honestly, I think choosing an Exp advantage over a gold advantage is going to be optimal for Junglers, As they can use their levels right away. (while a gold lead is worthless until you go back an shop.) That should make Jungle less clunky.

Yes the initial cost increased but the jungle items no longer give bonus gold. So in the long run junglers are losing gold. And having an early gank isn't a bad thing and isn't over powered. I'll continue to gank at level 2 with certain champs regardless.

The only junglers that can work are:

Kindred, because their numbers are still insane. Support/tank junglers that are useful with only boots, jungle item and cloth armor at 20 minutes in.

Wanna play an AD bruiser, assassin or carry jungler? lol who do you think you are, the ADC?

I think Diana will be quite strong actually.

who do you think you are, a mid? you'll be lucky if you have Runeglaive and boots with the new jungle income.

Again, I think Hunter's Talisman is pretty strong.

Experience decreased on camps, gold increased. The cost of jungle items went down by 50, on large kills you get 15 bonus experience. This isn't a hard hit to junglers.

no wut? the cost of complete jungle items went up by ~400 gold and of smite upgrade by about the same.

There is no bonus gold on machete, meaning that junglers have no money whatsoever.

The EXP change is a total gimmick as well, meaning that junglers are forced to start or machete (bad for Fiddlesticks who doesn't do shit with any jungle enchantment).

Fiddlesticks should get Hunter's Talisman, build into stalkers and I'd do cinderhulk.

Hunters: MANA REGENERATION 150% while in the jungle NEWUNIQUE PASSIVE Tooth: Damaging a monster steals 20 health over 5 seconds. Killing large monsters grants 15 bonus experience.

Stalker's Blade: UNIQUE – TOOTH AND NAIL: Basic attacks versus monsters deal 20 bonus damage and damaging a monster through any means applies HEALTH DRAIN, which deals 30 magic damage over 5 seconds while restoring as much as health. Killing large monsters grants 30 bonus experience

Also, even though the cost goes up if you upgrade they'll give you 30 bonus xp which is way more than the xp they took from the camps.
