Riot is doing an awful job of maintaining server stability and fixing bugs within the game client

There are often issues in the game client regarding intermittent disconnects from the chat system. Also in the loading screen, there is the issue of the "firewall" bug causing black screens and preventing players from entering the game. In the PvP client, some players random lag spikes and disconnects. There is a new issue with the game client regarding login attempts not being able to connect to the server. Scripting has not been completely dealt with.

I feel that the response team on riot is very slow in tackling these issues. You'd think that Riot would've implemented a notification system against these issues considering how frequent it happens. I've seen delayed loss forgiven being turned on and delayed notifications on the league client to suggest that Riot has acknowledged and taken action against the issue. Sometimes, Riot doesn't even mention the issue either on forums or the client so other players don't have a clue that this issue may happen to them in their games.

Its obvious that Riot cares more about the competitive scene as its reeling in alot of money for them. If pro players were actually playing on the regional server during LCS, then players will have these same issues and that would cause riot to take immediate action. I also don't understand why there isn't a bigger effort to fix these server and client related issues that ruin a player's experience BEFORE they get into the game. If you can't fix it and are running into the same issues again and again, why not switch over to something different? We should not have to wait 2-3 weeks for patch notes in hopes that these issues are addressed and FIXED.
