What are everyone's thoughts on Rakan currently?

Is he too strong with Xayah? Is he weak without her? Could some of his synergy power with her be shifted if he's supporting another champion (i.e. smaller difference for the dash range)? Or is he in a fairly balanced state? What does everyone think about him?

His numbers feel low but his kit is solid alone or with Xayah. If you are the Rakan the biggest difference is that its easier to disengage after W in bot lane trades. As the support I only really notice that a W W start on them seems strong enough to cheese most matchups in the riv lvl 1.
