Argument to keep the Singed poison effect on Baron

While i agree that with this bug, and some ap on singed now he can do 5k damage per second on Baron, and that is too much. Instead of removing this 'feature' why cant riot just ninja hot fix in that Singed's poison does 50% damage to Baron? This tones down the damage and gives Singed a new aspect to his game.
